The Evelyn Mae Depew Storytelling Award is a yearly award presented to an Author in The National Authors in Grocery Stores Program whom displays exceptional storytelling ability.  The winner receives a plaque and a $50 cash prize.  Evelyn Mae Depew was a storyteller in the Northeast famous for her ability to tell tales while she cooked. Her stories later inspired the Self-published book series Donbridge, authored by RD Vincent, which sold more than 55K thousand copies nationwide.
